How to make a booking

Step 1: Check for course space or guide availability ››

Guide availability is constantly changing. Please contact us before booking if availability is "limited".

 

Step 2: Send us a completed booking form + deposit

You can do this in one of two ways:

• Either complete an online booking form ›› (credit card deposit only)
• Or download and fax/mail it to us ›› (acrobat.pdf 150Kb)

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of NZ$1000 per person is needed to confirm a booking (exceptions: NZ$500 for Winter Mountain Skills, Backcountry Course or Arrowsmith Range Ski Touring).

A completed booking form is required for each person, and each Alpine Guides trip booked.

Payment types accepted:

• Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB and bank drafts in NZ$
• Direct deposits by bank transfer

We reserve the right to refuse new bookings due to:

• Last minute changes in availability

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise booking travel insurance through your travel agent to cover against cancellation and loss of deposit/fees.
